Because horse show photography should be more than just a snapshot from in the ring. The photos should tell a story and capture the high-emotion moments that come with horse shows. As your private photographer, I'll be there to capture all these moments, inside and outside of the ring.

2024 TENTATIVE sCHEDULE:

Private client photography with Brooke Marie includes ALL high-resolution images from the entire week! Images will be delivered to your private online gallery throughout the week. Your gallery will consist of beautifully created, personal images that tell the story of the week for you to cherish forever. Each day only happens once, so let’s capture it! Clients are guaranteed at least 50 images each week.

A client list must be submitted on the Monday of the show week, I cannot take on clients during the show week. No spot is guaranteed without the signing of the contract and deposit. Brooke Marie Photography offers private client photography to a limited number of competitors each week to give a personalized experience.

FAQ’s about private show coverage

 

+ What is private client photography?

Private client photography allows you to hire a personal paparazzi! This means there’s no more wondering if you’re going to have show photos at the end of the day.. instead, you’ll have a full gallery of beautiful, personal images of your entire show week.

+ Will my entire week be covered?

Yes! I will be there all week for you. I try to cover every round as well but sometimes I may miss a round since show schedules can be so unpredictable. Don’t worry though, your gallery will be filled with lots of beautiful images!

+ How long does it take to receive my images?

I try my best to get images delivered the same evening but sometimes this isn’t possible due to late running classes or busy days. All images from the show week will be delivered throughout the week and within 24-48 hours.

+ How will I receive my images?

Your images will be delivered after each show day in your personal, online gallery! Here you can download all your images!

+ Can I purchase prints from my gallery?

Yes, of course! I offer a variety of prints so send me an email and let’s chat about what is right for you!

+ Why choose Brooke?

I have been working in private client photography and official show photography since 2019. So your gallery will be filled with the standard jump shots along with creative angles, candids and detail shots. I take a limited number of clients each week to ensure an intimate, personalized experience with me as your private client photographer. Plus you get to add me to your cheering squad! I love getting to know my clients and their horses, I mean we're all here because we LOVE horses!

+ What if I'm only showing one day?

If you aren’t showing the entire week, the rate will remain the same unless a daily rate is available for that show. Email me to see if a daily rate is available!

+ Can you do portrait sessions during the show?

Normally, I only have time for portrait sessions on Mondays or Tuesdays but depending on the schedule during the week, sessions may be available. Remember, horse and rider sessions can only be done at sunrise or sunset!

+ How do I pay you?

When you are ready to book, I will send you a contract and an invoice to reserve your spot. There will be a $150 retainer due at the signing of the contract to hold your spot and the remainder of the invoice will be due Monday of the show week.

+ How many images per day will I get?

This largely depends on how many horses and classes you will be doing each day but I do my best to deliver 15+ images each day!

+ Is video included with the weekly rate?

Yes! Short video clips formatted for social media are included with your weekly rate.
